Motherhood Role Models

We all need people to look up to in life. It’s how we are challenged, encouraged, enlightened and grow. I value surrounding myself with people who inspire me, and friends I adore who love me for exactly who I am without judgment. At the tender age of 30 something with 3 kids, I’m learning to be more intentional than ever with who I surround myself with.

To name a few people I look up to –

💕 Rachel Hollis as I’m hustling this motherhood thing. She inspired me to go take the dance classes I always wanted to, and I totally had a ballet solo in a dance revue this past June y’all! I also just became a kids dance fitness instructor recently, thanks @msrachelhollis!
💕 @garrettgee and @jessgee from @thebucketlistfamily for family and travel inspirations. We’re similar to them in many ways, but lack the courage, discipline and determination that I so admire of them
💕 Lorelai/Lauren Graham and Rory/Alexis Bledel, aren’t they the best?
💕 My dad, who has always been my role model, who is the most intelligent, kind and accomplished person I know
💕 My most recent role model is someone I met almost a year ago, who I have been following around like a baby duck because of how much I love her and how much she inspires me. I talk about her the way Rachel Hollis talks about Jen Hatmaker! 🙈

She is the reason I go to the gym 5 days a week and feel motivated EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. She is inspirational as a wife, mom, friend, fitness instructor and a child of God. Do you have someone you look up to in life? Who encourages and inspires you to be the best version of yourself?
